Gentle Yoga Tuesday!
Hi, yogis! I look forward to practicing with you at 5:30 at Balanced You today! Plenty of spots left as of this morning.
Some of y’all were there last week when I pulled a muscle during class (not practicing a pose — the classic mistake of the twist and lift). I was still recuperating last Thursday, but I’m all better now — 99% anyway! I’m practicing being very careful to avoid the slippery slope of compensation that leads to even more injuries. (I’m pretty sure the Tuesday injury was due to (inappropriately) compensating for an earlier, milder, more mysterious injury.)
