Gentle Yoga in person today!
I’m so excited! Today’s my first in-person yoga class — exclusively for people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Gentle Yoga will be meeting at 5:30 at Balanced You at the old place — 6712 Kingston Pike in the Newton Jones building.
If you’ve never been to the pre-COVID Wednesday class and are planning to come today, please reply to this email so that I know to expect you! I’m expecting a near-full class for a smallish room, and I don’t want to disappoint you by running out of space.

Gentle Yoga is a mix of yin yoga, restorative yoga, and some gentle strengthening.
Class is 75 minutes, so we wrap up at 6:45.
